atletismo popular<\/a>, tengo claro que en alg\u00fan momento u otro de la charla debe caer el nombre de esa carrera que esas carreras que <em>fa caliu<\/em>,\u00a0 <em>fa poble<\/em> y <em>fa nt\u00e1stica<\/em> : la <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lamitja.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mitja de Granollers<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Porque es una carrera total: apta para la \u00e9lite, pero que no se olvida del m\u00e1s popular y que se abre a todo tipo de ritmos y edades y aficiones (carreras de adultos, infantiles, caminata y hasta una marxa de gegants), y porque ha conseguido que los vecinos de la zona del Congost la sientan como propia y puedan reivindicarla ya sea de voluntarios, como corredores o animando por las calles, y que los que somos de fuera flipemos con esa entrega que en muy contadas ocasiones se da en otras carreras.<\/p>\n<p>Este a\u00f1o la Mitja viene con un cambio jugoso en el circuito (el tramo de La Garriga se har\u00e1 al rev\u00e9s) para hacerla un pel\u00edn m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida (aunque como me cuentan desde la organizaci\u00f3n al final las marcas salen las ediciones en las que el viento respeta al corredor).<\/p>\n<p>Vamos con la Gu\u00eda de carrera que es este Consejos Expr\u00e9s donde os analizo los recorridos, os comento posibles estrategias de carrera y cuatro pinceladas para moverse\u00a0 en una carrera que siempre deja huella (este a\u00f1o con un regalo de finisher de lo m\u00e1s curioso). Se rodea por las dos bandas.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">2\/<\/span> Aun as\u00ed, salida ancha que\u00a0ya va picando para arriba.<\/span> <\/strong>La salida es muy ancha (aunque toque sortear esa rotonda nada m\u00e1s comenzar); aun as\u00ed, dependiendo de d\u00f3nde partas (la gente de 1h30 a 2h son los que m\u00e1s lo padecer\u00e1n) los primeros dos kil\u00f3metros (en algunos casos bastantes km m\u00e1s all\u00e1) suelen ser bastante saturados de gente.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">3\/<\/span> Suave subida sostenida hasta cruzar Llerona (hasta km 6 aprox.)<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0No son grandes desniveles (aunque ya en Llerona comienza a picar), es algo m\u00e1s que un <em>falsollaneo<\/em> que a veces no se aprecia en el horizonte pero s\u00ed que pesan en las piernas y se nota cuando miramos el crono.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">4\/<\/span> De Llerona hasta la entrada de La Garriga: sucesi\u00f3n de repechos y descansos<\/strong><\/span>. No son largos pero s\u00ed con cierto desnivel que te obligaran a regular. En los tramos m\u00e1s favorables que le siguen hay que dejarse llevar (no forzar).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">5\/<\/span> Dentro de La Garriga hasta la pla\u00e7a de l&#8217;Esgl\u00e8sia: subida m\u00e1s suave y sostenida<\/strong><\/span>. La hacemos en sentido contrario a como se hac\u00eda antes y ahora lo primero a afrontar es el kil\u00f3metro por el pol\u00edgono (de desniveles muy suaves e incluso algo de llano) y el carrer Banys que es una subida con algo m\u00e1s de desnivel y que pica de verdad ya rodeando la iglesia<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">6\/<\/span> Tras rodear la pla\u00e7a de l&#8217;Esgl\u00e8sia, cambiando el chip<\/strong><\/span>. Los primeros 11 km son de guardar, los 10 que restan son de comenzar a dar el do de pecho&#8230; pero con cabeza, que a\u00fan el recorrido guarda trampas.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">7\/<\/span> Tres kil\u00f3metros f\u00e1ciles comenzando la vuelta (11 a 13,2) y con un peque\u00f1o retoque.<\/strong> <\/span>Y hasta casi el 12 es de los tramos m\u00e1s bonitos de la prueba: por dentro de La Garriga pasamos Pl. de la Esgl\u00e8sia y bajamos todo el carrer dels Banys (ahora ya se hace entera tras acabar las obras). El \u00faltimo km y poco es m\u00e1s llano y algo m\u00e1s poligonero.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">8\/<\/span> Del km 13 al 16, repechos.<\/strong> <\/span>Te los indico aqu\u00ed<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El primero<\/strong>\u00a0est\u00e1 justo<strong> tras dejar atr\u00e1s la rotonda de salida de La Garriga<\/strong> (m\u00e1s o menos <strong>km 13,2<\/strong>; la segunda rotonda, no en la que coincidimos los que van y los que vienen sino la siguiente). 200 metros duros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El segundo<\/strong> est\u00e1 <strong>tras pasar por debajo de las v\u00edas del tren<\/strong>. <strong>(km 14,2 aprox.)<\/strong> y si la memoria no me falla la parte m\u00e1s dura est\u00e1 al principio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El tercero<\/strong> lo situamos en la<strong> entrada a Llerona<\/strong> (<strong>km 15,3 aprox<\/strong>.), algo m\u00e1s corto que los anteriores pero igual de intenso. Aqu\u00ed nos sit\u00faan el \u00faltimo avituallamiento de la carrera.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Y el cuarto<\/strong> y \u00faltimo est\u00e1 en la <strong>salida de Llerona<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>km 15,9 aprox.<\/strong>), tambi\u00e9n de unos cien metros pero quiz\u00e1 el menos duro de todos (casi para ni para considerarlo ni tan siquiera como <em>repecho<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zona para ir r\u00e1pido en las bajadas pero sin forzar al l\u00edmite y regular en los repechos todo lo que haga falta.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">9\/<\/span> Desde el 16 y hasta meta.<\/strong> <\/span>Ligera bajada con alg\u00fan corto falso llano (tras la rotonda de Can Monich), se va rapid\u00edsimo.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">10\/<\/span> Camino de meta largu\u00edsimo.<\/strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #333333;\">Alrededor de 2,7 km (siempre aproximadamente, f\u00edate m\u00e1s de los carteles de puntos kilom\u00e9tricos que de m\u00ed) que yo divido en tres mini tramos:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El primero,<\/strong> de asfalto, de algo m\u00e1s de km y medio. Insistimos en ese ritmo endiablado que llevamos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El segundo,<\/strong>\u00a0de zona peatonal, de \u00a0unos 500 m. Podemos poner un punto m\u00e1s a nuestro ritmo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El tercero<\/strong>\u00a0es tambi\u00e9n de asfalto y son unos 600\/700 m hasta meta. M\u00e1s efectivo si las tienes a unos metros como referencia.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ponerte a hacer zig zag adelantando a corredores<\/strong><\/span> en los tres primeros km. Mejor reservar energ\u00edas y gastar en la segunda parte de la carrera.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Recuperar el tiempo perdido de golpe nada m\u00e1s coronar La Garriga<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Afrontar los repechos con la inercia de la bajada<\/strong><\/span> e intentando mantener el mismo ritmo.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Obcecarte en engancharte al ritmo de los que te vayan rebasando en la bajada<\/strong><\/span>. Adem\u00e1s se hacen varias tandas de salida. Me parece bastante correcto para las cifras que mueven actualmente la carrera y adem\u00e1s la salida, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de tener que sortear una rotonda, es MUY ANCHA con lo que no resultar\u00e1 muy dif\u00edcil encontrar sitio delante de nuestro caj\u00f3n si la marca que buscamos es la m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida del margen que se indica. Por suerte, como hemos comentado, la calle es anch\u00edsima y permite que fluya un poco mejor el tr\u00e1nsito de los corredores en los primeros metros. Este a\u00f1o supongo que lo tendr\u00e1n en cuenta para darle soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><em>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ropa llevo?<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>No mucha para la carrera pero deja algo de abrigo en la mochila para despu\u00e9s de correr. <\/strong>Es cierto que en Granollers en puro invierno hace un fr\u00edo que cala m\u00e1s que las duchas estropeadas de una prisi\u00f3n siberiana (s\u00ed, tengo madre andaluza)&#8230; Pero a\u00fan es m\u00e1s cierto que con el cambio clim\u00e1tico en ciernes la temperatura no es tan hostil como anta\u00f1o (incluso hemos sufrido ediciones calurosas). El horario de salida de cada prueba (10k y Quart a las 9.30 y la de la Mitja las 10.30) nos evita las horas de temperaturas m\u00e1s frescas.<\/p>\n<p>Como s\u00e9 que cada corredor es un mundo solo os dir\u00e9 que en mi caso suelo salir a \u00e9sta en manga corta y pantalones cortos, y como mucho lo acompa\u00f1o de unos manguitos (que van genial ya que los puedes convertir en mu\u00f1equera si te molestan), y que en la mochila llevo chaqueta y mallas porque, aunque la temperatura haya subido tras cruzar la meta, hay muchas zonas de sombra en la zona de llegada donde sigue haciendo algo de fresco si el d\u00eda es de riguroso invierno. Gran organizaci\u00f3n, buena carrera para hacer marca&#8230; pero sobre todo es comprobar como se vuelca los tres pueblos (Granollers, Les Franqueses y La Garriga) en ayudar a llevar adelante la prueba y salir a las calles a animar a todos los corredores (como me coment\u00f3 un compa\u00f1ero el a\u00f1o pasado, el horario para dormilones tambi\u00e9n ayuda).
