Pues siento decirte que solo te he contado la parte positiva: 1\/ aqu\u00ed las MotoGP y la F\u00f2rmula 1 vuelan pero en el caso de los corredores&#8230; es la ant\u00edtesis de lo que imaginas como un circuito ya que est\u00e1 lleno de repechos tanto dentro como fuera del circuito; 2\/ hay varios giros de 180\u00ba que te frenan en seco; y 3\/ el 10k tiene un repecho en el km4 que te deja bien a las claras que <em>aqu\u00ed no<\/em>. Y sobre las cuestas: en la mayor\u00eda de casos te hace perder un tiempo imposible de enjugar en las bajadas.<\/p>\n<p>Es un circuito m\u00e1s de batirse a uno mismo cada a\u00f1o que de buscar mejorar tu mejor marca en 5k o 10k.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><strong>\u00bf<span style=\"color:#ff0000;\">Estrategia 5k y 10k<\/span>? De la salida a la meta: adaptar el ritmo a cada desnivel<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Como pod\u00e9is comprobar el perfil de carrera es m\u00e1s que\u00a0<em>entretenido<\/em>, tanto en su versi\u00f3n corta como en la larga de 10 km. Adem\u00e1s el terreno cada vez va llaneando m\u00e1s y es necesario ir con la sensaci\u00f3n de que no est\u00e1s forzando.<\/p>\n<p>Al final de la primera vuelta, justo tras superar la tercera cuesta, nos volveremos a encontrar con esta bajada (y repetiremos al final de la carrera, te la vas a saber de memoria).
