Como hay gente que me est\u00e1 preguntando por ella os dejo al menos algunas anotaciones de cuando fui a repasar el circuito.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color:#333399;\">\u00bfMarca? En resumidas cuentas: es una Cursa Nou Barris pero pienso que algo m\u00e1s light. El perfil te indica que debes regular al inicio y en el momento de entrar en Verd\u00fan comenzar a dar ca\u00f1a. Muy llano para ya marcar ritmo.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color:#008080;\">2\/ La SUBIDA<\/span><\/h3>\n<h5><em><span style=\"color:#000000;\">1\u00aa\u00a0vuelta: Km 0,8 a km 2,2<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color:#000000;\">2\u00aa\u00a0vuelta: Km 5,8 a km 7,2<\/span><\/em><\/h5>\n<p>Del km 0,8 (carrer Alella) al km 2,2 (inicio Passeig Verd\u00fan) tenemos la gran subida de la jornada. No es de una pendiente excesivamente exigente salvo 150 metros del carrer d&#8217;Elorza que ah\u00ed s\u00ed que pica. Sencillamente regulamos un poco el ritmo.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color:#008080;\">3\/ BAJANDO<\/span><\/h3>\n<h5><em><span style=\"color:#000000;\">1\u00aa\u00a0vuelta: Km 2,2 a km\u00a04<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color:#000000;\">2\u00aa\u00a0vuelta: Km 7,2 a km\u00a09<\/span><\/em><\/h5>\n<p>Del km 2,5 hasta el km 4 tenemos el tramo m\u00e1s favorable, casi siempre en bajada aunque salpicado por alg\u00fan leve falso llano de los de no bajar el ritmo. No es para bajar el ritmo (si hac\u00e9is el 10k quiz\u00e1 s\u00ed que es mejor que en la primera vuelta no ir ya demasiado forzado).
